Unity3D Developer

We are seeking a full-time Unity3D Developer to add to our existing team of game developers. In this position, you will collaborate with designers, developers and artists and drive the implementation of a variety of board games. This position will be responsible for the client-side design and implementation of game functionality.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Experience: 4+ years Unity3D developer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Creating reusable UX components that can be used across multiple target platforms (PC, Mac, iOS, Android)
Design and implement game functionality translating ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging experience
Refining UX control schemes
Performance optimization
Communicate with other team members
Establish effective strategy and development pipeline
Identify process and application bottlenecks and bugs

Required Experience and Skills:

4+ years of experience as a Unity3D Developer (including Unity 2019)
Excellent C# programming skills
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, 3D Math, linear algebra vector math and associated data structures
Expert knowledge of Unity3D including GUI, Asset Bundles, Textures and Materials
Strong knowledge in 3D graphics development (Particle Systems, Shaders) and performance optimization within game development
Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are essential

Nice to Have:

AWS knowledge and programming skills
Strong Javascript programming skills
